Ingredients
2 lbs. Lean Ground Sirloin2 cups (16 oz.) chopped bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)1 cup (8 oz) chopped tomatoes1/2 cup (4 oz) chopped onions1/2 cup (4 oz) chopped steamed broccoliCayenne Pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown meat using a small amount of water - no oils! Stir in veggies and spices. Heat thoroughly. Makes 8 1-cup servings. Great to freeze in individual portions.
