I love this as a low-carb salad dressing. When I make it for salad dressing, I only use 3 cups of cottage cheese so it has a little stronger flavor.

When I make it for dip I use 4 cups of cottage cheese but don't use any milk so it will be thicker. My kids don't know the difference! - 4/8/10

This is very good. I have made this plenty of times. A very good way to get those raw veggies into your diet. You will never know it is cottage cheese. - 2/13/10
