Carrot Cupcakes for Kids

1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup plain, low fat yogurt1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp sea saly1 tsp baking powder1 cup grated carrot1/2 cup crushed pineapple2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients. mix well. Pour into muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes.
