1/2 cup buttermilk1 egg white2 garlic cloves, pressed2 cups corn flakes, crushed1/4 cup cornmeal1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon black pepper6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk buttermilk and egg white together. Add pressed garlic. Coarsely crush corn flakes in sealed plastic bag. Combine corn flakes crumbs, cornmeal, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture then into corn flake mixture, coating evenly. Place on cooking surface.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear when pieced with a fork.
