apples and oats

Ingredients
4 apples (peeled and diced)1/2 cup brown sugar (unpacked)1/4 cup apple juice1 1/2 cups quick oats2 tablespoons cinnamin
Directions
Mix apples, oats, brown sugar, and apple juice in glass baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamin.
Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, remove from oven....with a fork mash apples and mix mixture well and return to oven for 10 more minute at 400.
Let cool and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
