Candied Sweet potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks1/4 cup water1/4 brown sugar unpacked1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter8 Lg. Marshmallows1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Boil potatoes for about 30 minutes or until soft. Combine water, sugar, butter and vanilla and cook over medium heat. Drain potatoes and add to candy mixture, cook another 15 minutes and add marshmallows for another 5 minutes to soften. Makes 4 servings. 3 WW points per serving.
