Jenny's Vegan- Easy Asian Stir-Fry

Ingredients
Brown Rice, medium grain (cooked), 2 cup Tofu, extra firm, 3 ozShiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup slicedZucchini, 1 medium sliced/cubedOnions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Garlic, 2 clove, dicedGinger Root, 4 tsp dicedBraggs Liquid Aminos, 5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tspParsley, dried, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat pan on stove at medium. Lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add Garlic, Onion and Ginger. Cook until onions are transparent. Add Zucchini, Mushrooms, Tofu, spices and Braggs. Stir often and cook for 5-7 mins. Add cooked rice and stir often for 3-4 more mins.
