4 egg whites1 tbs olive oil4 scoops vanilla Slimfast Optima1 Cup EAS chocolate1 cup non- fat milk powder1 cup skim milk1/2 Benefiber1 tsp Baking soda3/4 tsp salt
Blend egg whites and olive oil in mixer, add oil, ESA, Slim fast, Skim, and powdered milk. MIx, add Benefiber, salt, b. soda and grapenuts. Mix, pour into 13x9" pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
