No-Sugar Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. wheat flour1/2 c. white flour1 T baking powder3 T powdered milk1 T powdered egg2 T Lecithin granules1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg2 tsp vanilla(You can use any other extract. I often use almond extract.)2 c. water (add more as needed to achieve desired consistency)
Directions
Mix all ingredients.

I use a Belgian waffle maker that uses 3/4 cup batter per waffle. I get 4 Belgian style waffles per batch. 1 serving equals 1/2 Belgian waffle for a total of 8 servings.
