Almost Sugar Free Jello Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Can evaporated milk1 large box Sugar Free Jello lemon or Lime1 C boiling water1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softenedscant 1 C Splenda granulated sweetner
Directions
Chill evap milk in freezer for an hour or 2 before starting. Dissolve Jello mix in 1 cup boiling water and cool until slightly thickened. Beat together cream cheese and splenda in a medium bowl. Whip chilled evap milk until soft peaks form. Blend Jello into cream cheese mixture unti smooth. Fold Jello/Cream cheese misture into whipped evap milk, mix until blended. Pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Chill until set.
