Museli Flapjack

Ingredients
100g dark brown sugar50g either honey or syrup100g regular porridge oats100g museli of your choice100g Light butter
Directions
Melt butter, honey/syrup and sugar in a pan.

Once melted, take off the heat and combine withe the porridge and museli.

Grease or line an 8" square tin and bake on gas mark 5 for about 20-25 minutes. You want a golden brown finish but dont overcook as they can go a bit crusty around the edges, still delicious though!
