2 Cup Flour1/2 Cup splenda1tsp baking soda1tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 Tbsp poppy seeds1 egg beaten1/2 cup apple sauce2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp lemon extract1 1/4 C Water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry mix.

Bake at 400 for 14 min.

    I felt it could have used just a hair more lemon flavor and my taste testers agreed. They didn't puff up as much as I would have liked, but overall, they were very good and with a little tweaking, they'll be great. - 5/29/10
