SPICY HONEY CHICKEN PIECES

Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs4 Chicken Drumsticks4 tbsp light soy sauce3 tbsp Honey2 tbsp Curry powder1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar1/4 cup water
Directions
Rinse chicken, place in heat proof oven dish and pour over rice wine vinegar and coat.

Mix soy sauce, honey, curry powder and 1 tbsp of water together in bowl (mix well) then pour over chicken and coat thoroughly.

Place all chicken pieces quite close together in dish and pour a little water into dish (about 3 tbsp) to stop sauce from drying out and burning during cooking.

Place chicken in oven for 25 minutes at 180, turn over and baste chicken and add another 3-5 tbsp of water and return to oven for further 15- 20 minutes to finish.

This dish can also be grilled and is great for the BBQ.

Serve with rice or salad.
