4 chicken breast8 oz. fat free sour cream1 can Cream of Mushroom lite2 tbsp. poppy seeds1 sleeve reduced fat ritz crackers3 tbsp. margarin
Boil chicken and shred. Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarin. Put in bottom of 9x13 pan. Crush crackers and spread on top. Melt margarin and pour over crackers. Bake for 30 minutes in over at 350 degrees.
