Ingredients
Brown Sugar, 150g, 5oz Flour, whole grain, 40 grams 1.5 ozHeavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, whipped Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 5ozNectarines, 2 fruit Egg, fresh, 4 mediumalmond essence .25 tsp
Directions
line a 13x9 inch swiss roll tin with non'stick baking parchment, preheat the oven to 180 c, 350 f, gas 4.
using food processor, finly xhop the almonds, till you have almond flour.
whisk or beat 125 g of sugar and egg yolks(5), till thickens, then fold in almond essence, almond, whole grain flour.

in another bowl, whisk egg white with remaining sugar.
carefully fold 2 mixtures together

pour mixture into the prepared tin, evenly
bake for 15-18 min.

leave cake out to cool down, then mix cream with yogurt, spread on the cake. then put nectarine(chopped) and fold the cake, and cut into 9 peices

    I would use egg beaters and Spenda Brown Sugar to cut calories. Really high in carbs too. - 7/21/09
