2 medium zucchini, coarsely shredded and squeezed dry1/4 c. finely chopped onion1 cup coarsly shredded carrots2 tbsp mayot tbsp cider vinegar1/2 tsp sugar1/4 salt 1/8 pepper
in a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
