Autumn's Turkey and Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lbs - ground turkey6 lasagna noodlesKraft part skim mozzarella (2 cups)1.5 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1 can diced tomatoes1 bag baby spinach1 jar classico roasted pepper alfredo sauce
Directions
Boil noodles as directed - set aside
Brown turkey
After turkey is browned add mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Once spinach cooks down add alfredo sauce.
In a 9x13 pan layer noodles and meat mixture (x2) top with cheese and bake for 10 min at 400 Degrees.

I add garlic and other seasonings as desired.
