Fettucine Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Hodgson's Mill Whole Wheat Fettucine, 2 oz cookedFrozen peas, 1 cup thawedScallions, 1 cup choppedLouis Rich Turkey Bacon, 5 slices-well cookedSmart Balance Mayon, 2 heaping spoonfulls (about 6 tbsp)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package.

Cook bacon in skillet. Do not add any fat. Cook bacon until crispy.

Take peas from freezer and let them thaw at room temp, or put them in the microwave for 30 second intervals until thawed.

Add cut scallions and peas in bowl. Crumble cooked bacon. Add mayo to mixture. Once combined add in cooke pasta a little at a time until combined.

Salt and Pepper to taste.
