Easy Hot Bread or Rolls

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 2 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbspGranulated Sugar, 4 tbsp [ yeast, dry 1 tbspWater, warm .5 cup (8 fl oz) } Mixed togetherGranulated Sugar, 2 tsp ]*Flour, white, 7 cup
Directions
scald milk. Add oil, sugar, & salt. Let cool to lukewarm. Add yeast mixture. Mix well then, add flour. Knead to a smooth dough. Put in an air tight container and refridgerate. When baking, cut a cunk of dough and roll it out, cut into 2'' wide strips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
