Ham and Potato Casserole

1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix1 cup Milk, 1%6 Boiled potatoes,medium 1 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat), 3 Hard Boiled Egg1 cup Bread crumbs, dry,plain 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and slice thinly.
Blend sour cream and soup mix until well mixed. Stir in milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter, and blend in with bread crumbs. In a greased
1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange in layers 1/3 potatoes, 1 sliced egg, 1/3 sour cream mixture, and ham. Repeat layers. Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
