Ingredients
2 Cups Self Raising Flour2 Dashes Salt2 TBSP Sugar1 Egg2 Cups Milk2 TBSP Cooking Oil2 TSP Baking PowderHoney
Directions
1.Sift flour & salt together, then add sugar, beat eggs, milk and oil. Then pour into flour and mix to a thin batter.
2. Drop spoonfuls onto a well greased frying pan, cook till golden brown, spread with butter or add honey.
