Chicken taco's

Ingredients
12-16 ounces of chicken breast1 tbsp olive oil1 pack of McCormick's chicken taco seasoning1/2 cup water8 corn taco shells12 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream3/4 cup of mexican style cheese (2% milk)
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes and add to oil
Cook chicken until no longer pink
Stir in water and seasoning mix and bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Spoon in chicken to shells
add in cheese and 2tbsp of sour cream into each taco
