Ingredients:Crab Meat, 16 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 C (remove)Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp (remove)Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp (remove)Celery seed, 1 tsp (remove)Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp (remove)Hot Pepper Sauce, 4 dashes (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix crab, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, chives, mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and hot sauce in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties.

Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until the butter stops foaming. Cook the patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
