1 cup red lentils1 cup chopped onions1/4 tsp tumeric 2 cloves garlic1 tomato, diced2 tsp vinegar4 tsp curry powder2 cups waterdash of salt
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover cook on low for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
