Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 large egg1/3 cup 1% milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup frozen or 1 cup fresh blueberries1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 medium)2 cups flour 1/3 brown sugar, packed3 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease bottoms only of muffin cups or use paper liners (2 1/2 x 1 1/4). Beat egg, stir in milk, blueberries & applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Immediately remove from pans. Makes about 18.
