Ingredients
200g margarine125g Caster Sugar75g Desicated Coconut50g cornflakes (crushed)1 x 15ml spoon of cocoa125g self raising flour
Directions
melt the marg on a low heat
gradually mix in the dry ingredients
press firmly into a greased swiss roll tin
bake in a moderate oven 190C/ Gas Mark 5 for about 30mins
Cut into pieces while warm
