1/2 package Firm Tofu6 oz Pasta - any kind1/2 jar Ragu Tomato SauceMany of your favorite veggies. I use:asparaguspeppersonionstomatoesCilantro for a dash of additional flavor
Directions
Grab your favorite veggies, dice them up, sautee them with tofu, add in a half jar of Ragu sauce to go over any type pasta (or rice!) and you have a quick and easy meal that has plenty of protein (but a bit too much sodium it seems!).
