½ large cabbage grated or bag (I just use the bag of shredded cabbage)6 green onions( scallions) choppedSmall bag of sliced almonds (We like them better when we toast them)2 cups of cooked chicken (If you want to add more it doesn’t matter)1 package of oriental ramen noodles (Break into pieces) You’ll find them in the soup section in little bagsDressing for slaw½ cup of canola oil or vegetable3 Tablespoons of cider vinegar½ teaspoon of salt½ teaspoon of pepper1 Tablespoon of sugarFlavor pack from your ramen noodles
Combine cabbage, onions, almonds, chicken and noodles together.
Dressing-Mix all together and combine well pour over cabbage mixture. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or even over night. You can eat it as a salad or we like to put it on pita bread.
