Skillet Lasagna with Crumblers and Whole Wheat Noodles

1 bag of soy crumblers 6 strips uncooked whole wheat Lasgana noodles 1 can chopped tomato1 can tomato sauce3 tsp minced garlic1/2 onion1 egg1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese1/4 cup low fat parm cheese1 cup 2% cottage cheese1 1/2 cups of water
Add crumblers onion and garlic to a skillet tomatoes and tomato sauce and water and cook on low. Add crumbled lasagna noodles and cook about 25 minutes till noodles are tender. While that mixture is cooking mix cottage cheese parm cheese and one egg. Drop spoon size cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese into pan and cook for additional 5 minutes
