Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes1/4 c light sour cream2T butter1/2 t salt1/8 t pepper2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Peel and chop potatoes. Bring to a boil; boil for 15-20 minutes. Mashed potatoes. Add sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper and mix. Pour into baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
