Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cabbage head1/2 cup almonds1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup dried cranberriessalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup red wine or bolsamic viniger1 package of ramon noddles
Directions
Chop cabbage, grated carrots, place in a large bowl. Add all other ingredient except for the Ramon Noddles. Break the noddles apart and place on a cookie sheet. Toast in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes until noddles are golden. Top salad with noddles right before severing. Serve salad cold.

***for main dish add strips or chopped chicken.
