Chicken Alfredo Fast and Healthy

1 tsp olive oil2 cloves garlic1 c skim milk8 oz fat-free cream cheese1 tbsp dried basil1 tbsp dried parsley15 ounces (about 2 cups) cooked chicken breast meat1.5 c frozen peas6 c whole-wheat spaghetti, cooked6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
In a large saucepan, cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat just until fragrant. Add milk and fat-free cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Thin with additional milk if necessary. Stir in basil, parsley, chicken and peas. Heat through.
Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
