Venison Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil1 and 1/3 cup chopped vidalia onion3/4 cup chopped green pepper30 oz. ground venison1 tsp. chopped garlic1 15.5 oz. can Manwich
Directions
Place 3 tbsp. olive oil in pan and sauteé onions, garlic and green pepper until onions and green peppers are softened.

Add paprika and garlic and stir.

Add ground venison and brown with vegetables until all venison is browned.

Add a can of Manwich and allow it to cook for five more minutes.

Shut off and leave on Stove top for flavours to meld together for at least one hour before serving.

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings. Place one serving on a bun and serve with either a side salad or vegetable of your choice.
