Ingredients
• 1/2 Cup Milk• 1/2 Cup Half and Half• 2 Eggs• 3 Egg Whites• 1/4 Onion• One Clove Garlic• Frozen Spinach• Broccoli• Shredded Cheddar• Olive Oil
Directions
Spray pie pan with Pam
Saute Vegetables Together
Whip up eggs and milk
Cover bottom of pie pan with vegetables
Pour Egg mixture into pie pan
Cover with Cheese
Bake at 375 for 35
