Buffalo Chicken Hot Wing Dip

Ingredients
2 cans of 98% fat free chunk white chicken breast in water drained.8 0z fat free cream cheese, softened1/2 cup Frank's RedHot original cayenne pepper sauce1/2 cup shredded part skim milk mozzarella cheese1/4 cup fat free Ranch dressing1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
Directions
Stir cream cheese until smooth. Add sauce, cheese, ranch & yogurt. Shred chicken and stir until combined. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until hot.

    I made this dip and introduced it to my family. They did not know the difference and thought it was the regular Buffalo Wing Dip. Now I know I can take it to parties and still be in balance with what I am trying to accomplish plus introduce people to my new found world of eating healthy - 7/30/10
