spinach lasagna

Ingredients
2 cups frozen chopped spinach2 cups part skim ricotta cheese1 large egg2 T chopped fresh parsley1/2 t garlic powder4 cups tomato sauce12 no-boil lasagna noodles6 oz part-skim mozzarella1T plus 1t grated parmesan cheese
Directions
in small bowl, combine spinach,ricotta,egg,parsley, and garlic. Spread 1 cup tomato sauce in 13-19 inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles. Layer with one-third ricotta mixture, sprinkle with one third mozzarella and one-third tomato sauce. Repeat this layering twice with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil;bake 35-45min. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
