L.R. Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
120g (1 cup) buckwheat flour120g (1 cup) whole-wheat flour2 T. sugar 1 T. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt2-1/2 cups buttermilk3 eggs1 T. oil1 tsp. vanillaabout 1 cup blueberriesabout 3 T. butter
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture and stir with whisk until smooth. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot grittle. Drop 5 or 6 fresh or frozen blueberries onto each pancake. When bubbles apear and sides start to dry, flip pancakes and lightly butter. Makes about 21 pancakes.
