Ingredients
Directions
Marinade:1 cup teriyaki sauce 3 tablespoons sesame oil1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic1/2 tablespoon minced fresh gingerjuice of 1/2 lemon1/2 tablespoon SplendaChicken:20 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I use 1 4 oz. breast per person)1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Cut the chicken breast in half, length wise. Thread onto a sewer, being sure to keep the 2 pieces of the same breast on the same skewer. (That way you are assured that you are getting a serving size.) Add to the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning every so often.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked through.
Sprinkle the skewers with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
