Ground Elk spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
8 oz. ground elk meat1/2 large onion, chopped2 tsp. chopped garlic2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano1 tsp oregano1 tbsp. italian seasoningsalt to tastepepper to taste1 small can button mushrooms
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Chop up meat thoroughly. Cook on high 6 hours. Serve over angel hair pasta.
