Ingredients
16 oz of chicken breast8 T Fat Free sour cream2 T ranch dressing1/2 cup salsa1 tsp garlic1 tsp cumin1/4 cup canned mushrooms1-2 oz of lime juice
Directions
brown chicken until pink is gone, combine rest of ingredients and simmer over low heat until chicken is tender.

    I loved this dinner! I didn't have any canned mushrooms so I omitted them and it seemed fine. I served it on top of a corn tortilla. It was very flavorful. I will definitely be making this again and often. - 5/5/12

    I thought this was ok. I used fresh mushrooms and increased the garlic. It's kind of bland, except for the lime juice, which I could taste overpowering the other spices. I thought it needed a little something else. Perhaps some onions and peppers would help kick up the taste. - 8/11/09
