Your Garden-Variety Pasta Bake

Ingredients
* Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 6 oz, cooked * Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole, chopped * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large, chopped * Carrots, raw, 2 medium, chopped * Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped * Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup, thawed and drained * Beans, black, 2.5 cup, drained * Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup, drained * Cheddar Cheese, 6 slice (1 oz) * Swiss Cheese, shredded, 1 cup * Scallions, raw, 3 small, chopped * Green pepper, 0.5, chopped * Yellow pepper, 0.5, chopped
Directions
Combine rotini, sauce, celery, carrots, broccoli, spinach, peppers, black beans, and mushrooms in large bowl; stir well. Spoon into 13X9 or two 8X8 baking dishes. Top with cheese, tomatoes, and scallions. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbling.
