Ingredients
3 Avocados1 tomato1 Jalapeno pepper1 cup diced onion1 Tablespoon lime juiceSalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Dice onion, jalapeno and tomato.
Cut avocados in half and remove seed.
Using a spoon, remove the avocado from the skin and put in a bowl. Mash with a potato masher until desired consistency.
Add diced onion, jalapeno and tomato.
Add salt and lime juice.
Serve with chips or on a carne asada burrito.
