Gary's Banana Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup granulated sugar1 3/4 cups reduced fat Bisquick mix1 banana, mashed and almost liquified1/4 cup egg beaters or 1 egg, beatenapproximately 1/2 cup of low fat buttermilktopping:1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup chopped pecans3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Combine banana and egg beaters (or egg) and add enough buttermilk to total 1 1/2 cups liquid ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry and blend. Pour batter into sprayed 9x9 or 10x10 pan. Mix topping until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
