This was one of the best breadings I've ever had. My husband absolutely loved it. I used egg beaters instead of a regular egg & baked it on heavy duty foil sprayed with Pam w/olive oil in it. It turned out AMAZING! - 3/10/16

My husband and I loved this. Light but tasty. And very easy. And much better for you than fried. - 5/19/14
