I loved these! Since I'm on the South Beach Diet, I thought I was going to have to live without cookies for the rest of my life. It was a pleasant surprise to find these. Very yummy! - 11/8/09

I love these muffins and keep them on hand at all times. I have a wheat intolerance and these give me something that resembles a "real" muffin. I use Stevia instead of sugar to cut down on calories and my sugar intake, and add just a pinch of salt to the recipe. Thank you for this recipe! - 6/13/11

Just tried these today, they're delicious. The batter was like cookie dough, wanted to eat it raw. :) - 5/23/10
