Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
Fat Free Sour Cream (8oz)Frozen or Fresh (6) 3.5 oz tilapia filets1 cup of Japanese Style Bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven at 375. Pat dry the Tilapia. Dip each filet in sour cream, shaking the access off, and then dip in the breadcrumbs. This will be a little bit messy. Place on greased pan. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is flacky.
