1 whole cucumber with peel cut up 3 roma tomatoes1/4 cup fresh cilantra1/2 juice of lemon1/2 cup cocktail sauce10 shrimp pre cooked1 cup imitation crab
Peel shrimp, cut up cucumber, tomatoes, cilantra. Put into bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over top, mix in cocktail sauce. Ready to eat. Makes 4 servings.
