Paula's Turkey white bean chili

Ingredients
I vidalia onion, chopped2 Tbls olive oil- garlic flavor if you have it)4 big cloves garlic minced(about 3 Tbls)1 package ground turkey(20oz)2 cups chicken broth1 packet McCormics chile seasoning1 packet McCormicks taco seasoningOne 15oz can butter beans- mashed up with juiceOne 10 oz can mild rotel tomato(hot if you like spice)one 14.5 oz can diced tomatoone 15oz can white beans with juiceone small can green chiles with liquid9 use hot if you like spice)Juice from one small lime 2-3 Tbls1 cup cooked brown rice.
Directions
In large pot brown or bottom of dutch oven brown onion in oil until soft. Add garlic and cook extra 3 minutes stirring frequentlu so garlic doesnt scorch. Add turkey and break up into small bits. Sprinkle 2 seasoning packets over meat and add chicken broth. Stir well- allow to come to boil and stir frequentlu for about 5 minutes until turkey is well cooked. Add beans,chiles, rotal and diced tomato Stri well and lower heat to simmer. Add lime juice and cooked rice. Simmer until ready to serve. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt or fat free sour cream, and sprinkled with chopped green onions, and shredded cheese. Serves 10 one cup servings
