Ingredients
12 oz bag Pictsweet Seasoning Blend, rinsed & drained2 14 oz bags medium, raw shrimp, thawed4 T extra virgin olive oil2 c. uncooked instant rice2 8oz cans Red Gold tomato sauce (or similar)2 t. sugar2 t. salt
Directions
Saute veggies and shrimp in oil for 15 minutes. Add rice, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
