Ed's Tomato Pie

Ingredients
1 9 inch Deep Dish Pie Crust4 Tomatoes, peeled and sliced1/2 cup green onion1 cup grated mozzarella cheese1 cup grated cheddar cheese1 cup low fat mayosalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F

Place tomatoes in colander in sink in i layer. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 10 minutes

Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the grated cheeses and the mayonnaise together. Spread the mixture on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

To serve, cut pie into 8 portions and serve warm
